Job Responsibilities:
Guest Relations: Provide excellent service by handling guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
Check- smooth guest arrivals and departures.
Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Property Standards: Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure homes are guest-ready.
Communication: Act as a friendly, professional point of contact throughout the guest stay.
Job Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in hotels or holiday homes (mandatory) Valid UAE driving license would be a bonus but not requirement.
