Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner
Assist with check-in, check-out, and reservation-related support
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback in a timely manner
Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and nearby attractions
Coordinate with hotel departments to support guest needs
Maintain guest records and assist with basic doentation
