We are looking for a passionate and energetic Gym Trainer to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized training programs, motivation, and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Design customized workout plans based on client goals (weight loss, muscle gain, etc.)
Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure safe usage of gym equipment
Provide one-on-one and group training sessions
Monitor client progress and adjust programs accordingly
Offer basic nutrition and lifestyle guidance
Maintain cleanliness and organization of gym equipment
Motivate and support clients to stay consistent with their fitness journey
Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
Education & Certification:
Certification in Fitness Training (e.g., Level 2/3 Gym Instructor, Personal Trainer Certification)
CPR & First Aid certification (preferred)
Experience:
1–3 years of experience as a Gym Trainer or Personal Trainer (freshers with certification can also apply)
Skills:
Strong knowledge of fitness techniques and equipment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and inspire clients
Basic understanding of nutrition
Customer service-oriented attitude
Physical Requirements:
Physically fit and active
Ability to demonstrate exercises properly
