Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and passionate Hair Therapist who specializes in natural hair treatments and wellness rituals to join our luxury team at Waves Wellness & Healing Spa.
The therapist will perform professional hair care and scalp treatments using natural ingredients, oils, and traditional blends to restore health, shine, and balance to the hair — offering each guest a soothing, healing experience.
Key Responsibilities:•Perform hair and scalp treatments using natural oils, herbal masks, and organic products.•Prepare and apply customized natural blends (e.g., oils, herbs, honey, henna, and masks).•Offer professional hair washing, steaming, and massage services with care and relaxation.•Analyze hair and scalp condition and recommend the right treatment.•Provide clients with advice on home care and product use.•Maintain clean and organized treatment areas and tools.•Stay updated on natural beauty trends and herbal techniques.•Ensure every client enjoys a peaceful, luxurious experience that reflects the Waves identity. Qualifications & Requirements:•Minimum 2 years of experience in hair care or spa treatments.•Knowledge of natural and herbal hair treatments is essential.•Skilled in scalp massage, oil therapy, and steam treatments.•Neat appearance, professionalism, and excellent hygiene.•Warm, calm, and client-focused personality.•Certification in Hair Therapy, Cosmetology, or Spa Treatment preferred.
