Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Head Cook to lead our kitchen team, plan menus, and ensure the preparation of high-quality meals. The ideal candidate will maintain kitchen standards, manage inventory, and deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and prepare daily menus and special dishes.

Supervise, train, and coordinate kitchen staff.

Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.

Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.

Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs.

Monitor portion control, waste reduction, and cost efficiency.

Collaborate with management to design seasonal menus or special promotions.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.


Candidate Requirements

Proven experience as a head cook, head chef, or senior cook.

Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
