Orient Takaful is seeking a highly qualified Head of Internal Shari’ah Control to lead the company’s Shari’ah supervision and governance functions in Dubai. You will be responsible for ensuring full Shari’ah compliance across all insurance products, operations, and business practices in coordination with the Internal Shari’ah Supervisory Committee (ISSC). The role involves strengthening internal control frameworks, communicating ISSC resolutions to relevant divisions, and providing expert guidance based on approved standards. You will act as a key liaison for Shari’ah audit and control divisions to maintain the integrity of the Takaful model. This is a senior leadership position requiring a deep understanding of Islamic finance regulations and insurance practices.

a. Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Shari’ah or a relevant specialization.
b. Professional certification (e.g., AAOIFI or CIBAFI) in Shari’ah supervision or Takaful.

d. At least 5 years of specialized experience in Shari’ah supervision within Takaful insurance.
