Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
·Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned to business growth objectives.
·Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring strong ROI across all channels.
·Lead demand generation initiatives to drive qualified leads and customer acquisition.
·Oversee content strategy, brand positioning, PR, communications, and thought leadership.
·Manage and develop the marketing team, providing coaching, support, and clear performance objectives.
·Work closely with sales and Leasing teams to align marketing activity with company goals.
·Analyze campaign performance and marketing metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize results.
·Manage external agencies, freelancers, and marketing partners where required.
·Drive customer engagement, retention, and advocacy programs.
·Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints.
·Candidate Requirements:
·Proven experience for similar position in the Real Estate sector.
·Strong background across both strategic marketing leadership and hands-on campaign execution.
·Experience building and scaling B2B marketing functions.
·Demonstrable success delivering lead generation, brand growth, and revenue impact.
·Strong digital marketing expertise, including performance marketing, content, CRM, and marketing automation.
·Commercially minded with excellent analytical skills.
·Experience managing and developing marketing professionals.
·Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
·Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
