We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Courier Driver to handle the delivery of shipments to customers and business locations. The driver will ensure shipments are delivered safely, accurately, and professionally while maintaining company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all shipments are handled safely and delivered without damage.
Verify customer details, delivery addresses, and shipment information before delivery.
Obtain proof of delivery through signatures, OTP, photographs, or the company delivery system.
Contact customers when required to coordinate delivery timing or resolve location issues.
Report failed deliveries, incorrect addresses, unreachable customers, and other delivery issues to the Operations Team.
Handle COD collections accurately, where applicable, and submit collected amounts according to company procedures.
Follow assigned delivery routes and maximize daily delivery productivity.
Maintain professional communication and provide good customer service.
Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, safe, and properly maintained.
Follow UAE traffic laws, company policies, and road-safety procedures.
Support additional operational duties as assigned by the supervisor.
UAE Driving License
1–2+ years UAE couri experience
Good knowledge of Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman
Familiar with GPS & delivery apps
Own visa preferred with NOC
Immediate joining preferred
