Job Summary:
The Sales Administration Head will oversee and manage all sales administration activities within the real estate department. This role ensures smooth coordination between the sales team, clients, and management while maintaining proper doentation, reporting, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the sales administration team in the real estate department.Handle sales doentation including booking forms, contracts, agreements, and payment schedules.Coordinate with the sales team, finance, and legal departments to ensure smooth transaction processing.Maintain accurate records of property sales, client information, and transactions.Monitor sales reports, targets, and performance dashboards for management review.Ensure all sales processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.Manage CRM systems and sales databases to track leads, deals, and customer interactions.Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for senior management.Support the sales team with administrative tasks, approvals, and doentation.Oversee handover doentation and client communication after sales closure.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.8-15+ years of experience in real estate sales administration.Strong knowledge of real estate doentation and sales processes.Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
