Key responsibilities
Promote and sell: Actively market and sell credit card products to potential and existing clients.
Meet sales targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and performance-based sales target
Generate leads: Find and develop new business opportunities, often through field visits, telesales, or promotional activities.
Build relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Process applications: Guide customers through the credit card application process and assist with required doentation.
Provide service: Offer advice on credit requirements and provide after-sales service, addressing customer questions and complaints.
Stay informed: Keep up-to-date on credit card products, promotions, and industry trends.
Report performance: Accurately doent and report daily sales performance and submit sales reports to management
