Home Nurse Job Vacancy
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Home Nurse to provide in-home healthcare and support to our patients.
Responsibilities:
Provide medical care and assistance to patients at home
Monitor patient health and record vital signs
Administer medications and follow prescribed treatments
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, feeding, and mobility
Educate patients and families on health management
Maintain hygiene and safety standards
Requirements:
Valid nursing license or relevant certification
Previous experience in home care or nursing preferred
Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude
Strong communication and organizational skills
