We are looking for confident, polished, and guest-focused Hostesses to join our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Warmly welcome and professionally greet guests upon arrival.
Manage guest seating, reservations, and table assignments efficiently.
Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
Provide accurate information about the restaurant, menu, services, and promotions.
Coordinate closely with waitstaff, supervisors, kitchen, and management.
Monitor guest flow and assist in maintaining smooth restaurant operations.
Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Maintain a polished appearance and consistently represent the company’s service standards.
REQUIREMENTS
Speaks English.
Previous hostess, front-of-house, or hospitality experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, friendly, and professional personality.
Well-groomed with a polished presentation.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Able to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Additional languages are an advantage.
