Key duties include Preparing the annual operations plan, managing yield for rooms and spa, and overseeing capital redevelopment projects. You will act as the hotel's culture leader, ensuring the delivery of Raffles' legendary standards and handling guest concerns with effective follow-up. In the absence of the General Manager, you will assume full responsibility for the property, driving innovation and profit-driven solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.
