• Maintain the cleanliness of the service area including the toilets
• Cleanliness of the furniture including the cushion covers
• Setup the restaurant including tables (preparation for service)
• Stock take and ordering of cleaning materials
• Schedule regular deep cleaning of the venue
• Handle related external contractors such as deep cleaner, hood and exhaust cleaners and any other maintenance issues
• Oversee and report any maintenance concerns
• 5 star hotel experience as a Room Attendant and House Keeper is a must with minimum 3 years of Experience
