Job Title: Housekeeping / Room Attendant
Reports To: Housekeeping Supervisor / Manager
Key Responsibilities:
•Clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, hallways, and common areas
•Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors and surfaces
•Change bed linens and make beds
•Empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly
•Replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products
•Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
•Follow health and safety guidelines
•Maintain cleaning equipment and tools in good condition
•Provide courteous customer service when interacting with guests or residents
•Replace towels, toiletries, and other room amenities
•Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors
•Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
•Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
•Check rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly
•Restock housekeeping carts and maintain cleaning equipment
