TSS Advertising is expanding into Riyadh and requires an HR & Admin Executive to support our Saudi Arabian operations. You will be responsible for localized recruitment, payroll support, and employee relations. A key part of this role involves coordinating with Saudi government authorities (GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem) and ensuring all office administration complies with the latest Saudi Labor Laws and Saudization targets. You will act as the primary point of contact for employees in Riyadh, ensuring administrative efficiency and supporting the growth of our KSA branch.

a. Minimum 4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
b. At least 2 years of experience within the GCC (KSA experience highly preferred).
c. Proficiency in Saudi Labor Law and government portal management (Qiwa/Muqeem).
d. Strong organizational skills for office administration and doent control.
e. Based in Saudi Arabia and ready for immediate joining.
