A leading group of companies in Abu Dhabi is urgently seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join immediately. The candidate will handle end-to-end HR and administrative operations, including visa processing, labor card renewals, payroll support, medical and workmanship insurance, and employee data management. This role requires excellent command of UAE government portals, strong administrative skills, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Immediate availability in UAE is mandatory for F2F interviews.

a. Graduate or equivalent; HRM certification is a plus.
b. 3–5 years of U experience as Assistant in a company with 1000+ employees.
c. Strong knowledge of visa, labor card issuance, and renewal processes.
d. Experience with UAE government portals for visa and license applications.
e. Proficient in admin operations, invoicing, and petty cash handling.
f. Knowledge of medical insurance, claims, and workmanship insurance processes.
g. Payroll experience is a plus.
h. Excellent data management, archiving, and MS Office skills (especially Excel).
i. Strong decision-making, coordination, team management, analytical skills, and pressure handling.
j. Excellent communication skills in English; Hindi is a plus.
