We are urgently seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of U HR experience in large organizations and be fully proficient in visa processing, labor card renewals, payroll support, and administrative operations. You will manage employee records, coordinate with government portals, handle medical insurance claims, and support HR and administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.

a. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (HRM certification is a plus)
b. 3–5 years of experience in U with large organizations (1000+ employees)
c. Full command of new vi card issuance and renewal processes
d. Proficient in UAE government online portals for visas, labor cards, and licenses
e. Strong knowledge of administrative operations including invoicing and petty cash
f. Experience with medical insurance, claims, and workmanship insurance processes
g. Payroll experience is a plus
h. Proficient in archiving employee data (soft and hard copies)
i. Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
j. Strong decision-making, coordination, and team management skills
k. Ability to work under pressure and excellent analytical skills
l. Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; Hindi is a plus)
