Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR doentation
Assist with payroll, leave management, and attendance tracking
Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and company policies
Support employee relations and day- to- day HR operations
Coordinate training, performance reviews, and other HR initiatives
Requirements:
Asian nationality
Female HR Coordinator preferred
Minimum 1 year of HR experience
Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
