HR Director (Riyadh)
A leading company in tourism and prop-tech (real estate technology) based in Saudi Arabia, backed by multiple investment funds, is looking for an experienced HR Director with 4–6 years of proven leadership in human resources.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement compensation & benefits frameworks
Develop and execute HR strategic plans aligned with company goals
Lead employee relations and foster a positive organizational culture
Manage ESOP implementation in coordination with the legal firm
Establish & track KPIs for staff performance evaluation
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law
Drive culture-building initiatives and employee engagement programs
Provide strategic HR insights to support business growth and regional expansion
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
(Master’s degree is preferred)
4–6 years of HR leadership experience
Strong knowledge of Saudi employment regulations
Familiarity with HR systems / HRMS tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR-related applications
Proven ability to lead teams, build culture, and influence stakeholders
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Bilingual proficiency: Arabic & English
