Job description:
Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
Identify and attract suitable candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Conduct initial candidate screenings and shortlisting
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain communication with candidates
Support offer preparation, doentation, and onboarding processes
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
Monitor recruitment timelines and meet hiring targets
Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives
Qualifications:
1-3 years of recruitment or HR experience preferred
Familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems
