The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and compliance with UAE labor laws. The role requires strong coordination with management and staff to support smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing
Handle full-cycle recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, selection)
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
2. Onboarding & Offboarding
Manage employee onboarding process (offer letters, doentation, induction)
Coordinate visa processing with PRO team
Handle exit formalities, clearance, and final settlement
3. Employee Relations
Act as point of contact for employee concerns and HR queries
Maintain positive work environment and discipline
Handle grievances and conflict resolution
4. HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR doentation
Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Ensure HR policies are followed
5. Compliance & Legal
Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies
Coordinate with PRO for visa renewals, labor cards, Emirates ID, etc.
Keep updated with changes in labor regulations
6. Performance Management
Assist in employee performance evaluation process
Track KPIs and support management in appraisals
Implement HR initiatives to improve productivity
7. Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate sessions
Support employee skill development programs
