Position: Human Resources (HR) Officer
Location: Remote Tourist Camp – Bidiyah Desert, Oman
We are seeking an adaptable and people-focused HR Officer to manage all human resources functions at our exclusive desert camp. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic, remote work setting and is passionate about supporting staff in a unique hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Manage employee records, contracts, and compliance with Omani labor laws.
Administer payroll, benefits, and leave entitlements accurately.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to camp operations.
Organize staff training, welfare programs, and team-building activities.
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven HR experience, preferably in hospitality, remote sites, or tourism.
Knowledge of Omani labor laws and vi permit processes (a plus).
Proficiency in HR software (e.g., payroll systems, HRMS).
Fluent in English (Arabic or Hindi highly advantageous).
