Job Description

Role Title: Talent Experience Intern
Reports To: Talent Experience Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Duration: 3 Months Internship

Role Purpose

To support the Talent Experience (TE) team in driving recruitment, onboarding, analytics, employee engagement, and policy processes. The intern will gain hands-on experience in HR operations while contributing to initiatives that enhance employee experience at ABRA.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Support

Assist in sourcing candidates and tracking progress of open positions vs. closures.

Schedule interviews and assessments in a timely manner.

Post jobs on social media platforms and job portals.

2. Onboarding Efficiency

Maintain employee folders and doentation.

Execute onboarding schedules accurately and on time.

Ensure adherence to established SOPs and processes.

3. Employee Records

Complete employee doentation requirements.

Provide accurate and timely information to relevant stakeholders.

4. Reports & Analytics

Support preparation of HR dashboards and TE reporting.

Update trackers on a real-time basis to ensure accuracy.

5. Policies & Processes

Research HR policies and create drafts within defined timelines.

Benchmark practices against UAE labor laws and market standards.

6. Employee Engagement

Plan and execute employee engagement activities in advance.

Ensure initiatives achieve a minimum feedback score of 8 or above.

Skills & Competencies

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Good communication skills (written & verbal).

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.

Analytical mindset with basic data handling skills.

Proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Learning Outcomes

Exposure to full employee lifecycle processes.

Hands-on experience in recruitment and onboarding.

Understanding of HR analytics, reporting, and employee engagement.

Knowledge of HR policy development aligned with labor laws.
