Batteel is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team in Qatar. The HR Officer will handle HR operations, payroll processing, employee relations, and compensation & benefits administration. The role requires a strong understanding of Qatar Labor Law, HR compliance, and experience with HR systems or ERP (Menatech system preferred). Fluency in Arabic is required, and preference will be given to candidates residing in Qatar with a valid transferable QID.
