Jascon Engineering W.L.L is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Officer in Doha. The role involves managing end-to-end monthly payroll processing and maintaining accurate employee records and HR doentation. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, and general HR administration while coordinating with the PRO for visas, medicals, and renewals. a, Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Business Administration
b, 3 to 5 years of experience in HR & Payroll
c, Engineering or Construction sector experience is preferred
d, In-depth knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and WPS
e, Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and ERP systems
f, Strong skills in employee relations and government processes
