Samman Group is seeking a senior HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental governance across multiple construction sites in Saudi Arabia.
The role includes developing and enforcing HSE policies, ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations, conducting audits, performing risk assessments, and providing safety training to project teams.
The HSE Manager will promote a zero-incident safety culture and ensure all construction activities meet international and local safety standards.
Candidates must have strong leadership skills, extensive HSE experience in construction, and the ability to manage teams across multiple sites.
