ICAD Company is hiring an HSE Manager for its operations in Jeddah and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This Saudization opportunity involves developing and implementing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards, client requirements, and local regulations, conducting site inspections, audits, and risk assessments, leading incident investigations, implementing corrective and preventive actions, monitoring HSE performance, preparing reports, promoting a strong safety culture across project teams, and ensuring emergency preparedness plans are effectively implemented and tested.

a. Saudi National (Saudization position).
b. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
c. Minimum 7 years of HSE experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
d. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and international safety standards.
e. NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is mandatory.
f. ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, IOSH, OSHA, or similar professional certifications are preferred.
g. Excellent leadership, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
