Implement and monitor the company’s HSE policies, procedures, and project-specific safety plans.
Conduct daily site inspections, identify unsafe ac, and ensure immediate corrective actions.
Develop risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) for electrical and civil works related to substation and transmission projects.
Ensure compliance with Kahramaa, Ashghal, and Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) safety standards.
Organize and deliver HSE induction training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for all site personnel.
Conduct incident and accident investigations, prepare root cause analysis reports, and recommend preventive measures.
Maintain and update HSE records, including inspection checklists, safety meeting minutes, permits to work, and emergency drill reports.
Assist in the preparation and implementation of emergency response and evacuation plans.
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure safe execution of electrical, mechanical, and civil activities.
Conduct regular safety audits and participate in client and consultant inspections.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Occupational Health & Safety / Environmental Science.
NEBOSH IGC (International General Certificate) – Mandatory.
Additional certifications: IOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001:2018 awareness, First Aid, Fire Safety (preferred).
