We are looking for an experienced and proactive HSE Officer to join a Solar Energy Project in Qatar. The role involves implementing HSE policies, conducting site inspections, monitoring safe working practices, and ensuring compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will handle risk assessments, J, method statements, PTW requirements, toolbox talks, safety inductions, incident investigations, emergency drills, and HSE doentation while promoting a strong safety culture.

a. Diplo in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental, Engineering, or related field
b. Minimum 5 years of HSE experience
c. Solar PV / Renewable Energy / Construction project experience preferred
d. Utility-scale solar project experience highly preferred
e. NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification is MUST
f. Experience in working at height, lifting operations, electrical safety, excavation, scaffolding, and construction activities
g. Knowledge of ISO 45001 and international HSE standards
h. Qat project experience will be an advantage
i. Good communication and reporting skills
