a. Minimum 5 years of relevant HSE experience in civil construction projects in Qatar.
b. Mandatory NEBOSH IGC Level 3 certification.
c. Strong knowledge of Qatar HSE regulations and construction safety standards.
d. Experience in site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
e. Knowledge of PTW, toolbox talks, J, incident reporting, PPE, and emergency procedures.
f. Ability to identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive measures.
g. Experience in major civil construction projects in Qatar preferred.
