We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role includes managing recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave management, WPS, end-of-service benefits, and final settlements. The HR Manager will supervise HR staff, coordinate workforce planning with project teams, develop HR policies, and support management in HR strategy, performance management, and workforce optimization.

a. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field
b. HR certifications preferred (CIPD, SHRM, CHRP, or equivalent)
c. 10–15 years of HR experience, including 8–10 years in the UAE
d. Experience in contracting / construction / engineering companies (mandatory)
e. Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, WPS, and visa processes
f. Experience handling large, multi-site workforce operations
g. Excellent communication, leadership, and HR management skills
