a. Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
b. Minimum 5 years of experience in hygiene and sanitation, preferably in food manufacturing or FMCG.
c. Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
d. Practical experience with cleaning programs, SSOPs, and sanitation verification.
e. Ability to supervise sanitation teams and ensure procedural compliance.
f. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safe handling, pest control, and contamination prevention.
g. Strong doentation, reporting, inspection, corrective-action follow-up, leadership, and communication skills.
