We are hiring an Immigration & Free Zone Operations Specialist to manage and support end-to-end UAE immigration, Free Zone, and HR administrative processes. The role involves handling visa processing, Free Zone portal operations, HR doentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of services during a period of business growth.

a. Must hold OWN UAE Visa (Sponsor OTP, NOC & Labour Card are mandatory)
b. Proven hands-on experience with UAE Immigration & Free Zone portals
c. Experience processing Entry Permits, visa renewals, cancellations, and transfers
d. Strong data entry skills (English–Arabic) with high accuracy
e. Experience handling Est Cards, Salary Letters, and NOCs
f. Ability to manage HR and Free Zone online processes independently
g. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
h. Ability to maintain trackers, reports, and operational logs accurately
