Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Cook to prepare authentic Indian cuisine, including North indian. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in traditional spices, cooking techniques, and hygiene standards, with the ability to plan menus and maintain consistency in taste and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes (veg & non-veg), including curries, breads, rice, and snacks
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet expectations
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
Manage kitchen inventory and assist with grocery planning
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Accommodate dietary preferences or restrictions when required
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as an Indian Cook
Good knowledge of Indian spices and regional cuisines
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety
Ability to communicate in Hin
Experience in the UAE or GCC is an advantage
Preferred Skills
Experience in restaurant, hotel, or private household cooking
Flexibility with working hours
