The role involves checking units for cleanliness, maintenance needs, and reporting issues across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, civil, and ELV systems. The candidate will coordinate with Facilities and Housekeeping teams, support the handover and takeover process, and maintain accurate inspection reports.
