Deliver engaging, competency-based training sessions in line with OPAL EMI program standards.
Conduct assessments and evaluations in accordance with OPAL’s qualification framework.
Develop and review training and assessment materials to ensure alignment with industrial and OPAL standards.
Maintain accurate trainee progress records, portfolios, and reports.
Contribute to continuous improvement and internal quality assurance processes.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise along with proven instructional or assessment experience. Preference will be given to candidates who meet both Trainer and Assessor requirements, enabling rotational deployment across training and assessment batches.
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering (as applicable).
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in teachi or 2 years’ industrial experience with at least 1 year in a training capacity.
3. Should have Oman Ministry of Labor approval.
4. Should have OPAL Trainer Approval.
5. IELTS overall score of 5 or equivalent English proficiency.
6. Experience developing training materials aligned with best practices.
