We are seeking an experienced IFM Coordinator to manage projects from construction through to completion, ensuring excellence in facility delivery and operations.
This is a senior role for a strategic leader passionate about engineering, project management, and cross-functional team coordination.

a) B in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Chartered Engineer status preferred)
b) PMP certification or equivalent project management training
c) Minimum 15 years of postgraduate experience, including at least 6 years as a Project Manager
d) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
e) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerate abilities
f) Proven expertise in program scheduling, critical path analysis, and time management
g) Experience leading major projects from construction phase to handover
h) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong reporting capabilities
i) Ability to engage and gain cooperation from senior management and project teams
