Job Description
Modular Interiors LLC is seeking a skilled Interior Fit-Out Supervisor with strong knowledge of MEP, civil works, and interior fit-out execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring quality workmanship, coordinating subcontractors, and achieving project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage complete interior fit-out works, including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery installation, and finishing.
Oversee MEP activities (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) and ensure proper coordination with civil and interior teams.
Review drawings, specifications, and ensure execution as per approved shop drawings.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and project managers for smooth workflow.
Plan and allocate daily manpower, materials, and tools as per project requirements.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with UAE standards.
Resolve on-site technical issues related to MEP, civil, and interior works.
Ensure timely completion of tasks as per project schedule.
Monitor the performance of workers and subcontractors.
Attend coordination meetings and communicate project updates effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 10 years experience in Interior Fit-Out Supervision within the UAE.
Strong hands-on knowledge of MEP, Civil, and Interior Fit-Out activities.
Ability to read and interpret MEP, civil, and interior drawings.
knowledge of joinery installation
Strong understanding of installation standards for electrical works, plumbing, HVAC, partitions, gypsum works, and finishing.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiar with UAE authorities and safety standards.
ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
Knowledge of joinery materials, such as MDF, HDF, plywood, veneers, laminates, hardware, and adhesives.
Additional Requirements
Must be currently in UAE.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Ability to join immediately is an advantage.
