Chambers & Guilds is hiring an experienced Internal Auditor in Bahrain to strengthen internal audit, governance, risk, and control frameworks. The role includes developing risk-based audit plans, assessing controls, conducting audits, preparing reports, and following up on corrective actions.

a. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or related field.
b. 6–8 years of relevant experience.
c. Proven in-house Internal Audit experience required.
d. Previous Big Four experience required.
e. Financial services, regulated entity, listed company, or diversified Group experience highly preferred.
f. Strong understanding of governance, risk, financial, operational, and compliance controls.
g. Experience developing audit plans, policies, procedures, and doentation.
h. CIA, ACCA, CPA, or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
i. Must be currently based in Bahrain.
