Deliver engaging, competency-based training sessions in line with OPAL EMI program standards.
Conduct assessments and evaluations in accordance with OPAL’s qualification framework.
Develop and review training and assessment materials to ensure alignment with industrial and OPAL standards.
Maintain accurate trainee progress records, portfolios, and reports.
Contribute to continuous improvement and internal quality assurance processes.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise along with proven instructional or assessment experience. Preference will be given to candidates who meet both Trainer and Assessor requirements, enabling rotational deployment across training and assessment batches.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Oman Ministry of Labor approval.
- OPAL Internal Quality Assurance Approval.
- Level 4 Award in Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice.
- Minimum 5 years’ wo experience with 2 years as an Assessor and 1 year as an Internal Quality Assurer.
