Job Summary
The Inventory Controller will be responsible for managing inventory levels, maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring stock movements, and ensuring all materials and products are properly accounted for. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily inventory transactions and stock movements.
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reports.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Coordinate with purchasing and operations to maintain optimal stock levels.
Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory.
Track damaged, expired, or obsolete inventory.
Prepare inventory reports for management.
Follow company procedures and inventory control standards.
Previous inventory or warehouse experience is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Self-motivated and responsible.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluent English is mandatory.
