The ULD Inventory Coordinator maintains control of Unit Load Devices (ULDs) across the EK network to prevent loss and reduce leasing costs. You will tally station stock with the NOMAD system weekly, initiating tracing actions for missing equipment and providing detailed reports. The role involves managing ULD transfers to third parties and charter operations, ensuring timely recovery in serviceable condition. You will also be responsible for returning foreign ULDs to avoid demurrage costs and invoicing other airlines for late returns of Emirates assets. Additionally, you will maintain a comprehensive database of repairs, write-offs, and regulatory doentation.

Applicants must have at least 10 years of schooling or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years of experience in airport operations. A solid understanding of ULD operations within a Ground Handling or Airline environment is required. You must have excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel for report generation, and be proficient in verbal and written communication. Knowledge of NOMAD, SkyChain, or similar airline logistics systems is highly preferred.
