Nokione is hiring an IT Administrator for its office in Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), Dubai. The selected candidate will provide end-to-end IT support, maintain network infrastructure, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, install and configure IT equipment, manage Microsoft 365 and user accounts, monitor system performance, backups, cybersecurity, and data protection, maintain IT inventory and asset records, support ERP and business applications, and coordinate with external IT vendors to ensure smooth business operations.

a. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
b. Minimum 3 years of IT Administration experience.
c. Strong knowledge of networking, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and cybersecurity.
d. Experience managing L, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
e. Experience maintaining IT inventory and company assets.
f. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
g. UAE experience is preferred with strong English communication skills.
