You will be responsible for providing technical assistance to employees, maintaining hardware and software systems, and troubleshooting network connectivity issues. The role involves setting up workstations, installing approved software, and ensuring all security patches are up to date. You will manage helpdesk tickets through their full lifecycle, providing both remote and on-site support to ensure minimal downtime for business operations. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining IT doentation and managing hardware inventory to support our growing digital infrastructure.

Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or Desktop Support Technician. Hands-on experience with Windo OS environments and MS Office 365. Ability to troubleshoot hardware, including laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Basic understanding of networking protocols (T, DNS, VPN). Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users. Proactive approach to problem-solving and system maintenance. Must be currently residing in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
