Key Responsibilities:
• Manage, maintain, and support IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and servers, across all business units.
• Monitor and enhance cybersecurity measures, ensuring data protection and prevention of security breaches.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare IT regulations, including ADHICS and other relevant guidelines.
• Conduct and doent ADHICS audits and ensure readiness for external inspections.
• Oversee and support the implementation of IT solutions tailored to facility.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues,
• Manage IT procurement, installations, and upgrades to keep systems up-to-date.
• Provide technical support and training to staff on IT systems and cybersecurity awareness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess IT needs and develop strategic plans for IT growth and efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT
Administrator, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare IT systems ano compliance frameworks, including ADHICS.
• Proficiency in managing networks, servers, databases, and cloud services.
• Expertise in cybersecurity protocols and tools to protect sensitive healthcare data.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and training skills to educate staff on IT practices and cybersecurity awareness.
