We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to users across the organization, diagnosing hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and networks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide first- and second-line support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues.
3. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and computer hardware.
4. Support Microsoft Office 365, Windows, Mac OS and other enterprise resources
5. Maintain user accounts, permissions, and access controls
6. Set up new workstations, laptops, and mobile devices for onboarding.
7. Assist with IT inventory management and asset tracking.
8. Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors when necessary.
9. Doent support procedures, solutions, and technical guides for future reference.
10. Ensure compliance with IT policies, data protection, and cybersecurity best practices.
Technical Skills:
1. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Mac OS, and mobile operating systems (iOS, Android).
2. Proficient in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking (T, DNS, DHCP).
3. Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira Service Desk, Freshdesk).
4. Familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Remote Desktop).
5. Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and data privacy regulations.
6. Arabic / English speaking skills.
7. Dubai Residence.
