We are looking for an experienced IT Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing both remote and onsite support to clients, ensuring smooth operation of their IT systems and network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
•Provide remote and onsite IT support to clients across UAE.
•Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to servers, desktops, laptops, printers, networking and email
•Install, configure, and maintain software, operating systems, and hardware.
•Manage and monitor email setup, Wi-Fi connectivity, and server-level support.
•Maintain detailed records of service requests, actions taken, and resolutions.
•Ensure timely response and professional communication with clients.
Requirements:
•Minimum 2 years of IT support experience in the UAE.
•Strong knowledge Deskt, Windows operating systems, networking, and server environments.
•Ability to handle client requests both remotely and through onsite visits.
•UAE driving license preferred.
•Good communication and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests efficiently.
