Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced RSTC with strong on-site operational capability.
The candidate must be able to work independently on the rig and take full responsibility for assigned duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently perform RSTC duties on the rig site.
Ensure operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and client standards.
Coordinate with rig crew and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare daily reports and operational records as required.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of rig site experience.
Ability to work independently and cover shifts alone.
Strong safety awareness and professional ethics.
Good communication and coordination skills.
2years Minimum Saudi Experience required
Work Schedule:
Rotation: 2 months on / 1 month off.
Salary:9000 – 12,000 SAR per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
