Team Leadership: Assign daily tasks, manage, and mentor carpenters, installation teams, and general laborers to maximize productivity.
Drawing Interpretation: Read and implement detailed shop drawings, elevation plans, and finish schedules for all custom joinery and millwork.
Quality Control: Inspect ongoing manufacturing and installation to ensure dimensional accuracy, correct leveling, and premium surface finishing.
Site Coordination: Liaise with project managers, site engineers, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) trades to prevent clashes and maintain site clearances. Resource & Safety Management: Ensure proper utilization of materials, maintain site discipline, and strictly enforce health and safety regulations
